Due to the hygienic and safety nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final once delivered.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must report defective products within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed or shipped.
